摘　　要：党的十八大报告提出"要倡导人类命运共同体意识"。人类命运共同体意识的提出具有鲜明的实践旨趣和特定的国际背景,是中国共产党在全球化时代对国际法的新发展。在国际法语境下,人类命运共同体意识与国际法的价值观相符合,体现为人本意识、合作意识和共进意识三个层次,以维护或推进全人类的共同利益为其最高宗旨。The Eighteenth Party Congress report puts forward ＂raise awareness about human beings sharing a community of common destiny＂. Awareness about human beings sharing a community of common destiny in the proposed is a practical purports and has specific international background. It is the new development of the Chinese Communist Party in the era of globalization of international law. In the context of international law, awareness about human beings sharing a community of common destiny is consistent with the value of the international law, and it is embodied in three levels of human consciousness, cooperation consciousness and development consciousness, in order to maintain or promote the common interests of mankind as the highest purpose.
