Detection and Evaluation of SCADA Voltage Data Quality in Distribution Network Based on Multi Temporal and Spatial Information of Multi Data Sources

摘  要:为了对配电网数据质量进行检测、修正和评估,针对配电网SCADA系统的电压量测数据,提出基于多源信息匹配、基于同点多时段对比以及基于多点量测信息匹配的数据质量检测方法,在多点量测信息匹配的判断中基于潮流计算的电压数据来估计误差。基于初级的量测量突变检测并综合上述3种方法,提出一种基于多源多时空信息的电压数据质量综合检测和修正方法。最后,给出了单一电压数据质量的评级方法以及整体电压数据质量的评估标准。采用PG&E 69节点配电系统对上述方法进行验证。结果表明,所提方法能有效检测出不满足精度要求的电压数据,并对其进行准确修正,同时可为运行人员评估数据质量提供参考。In order to detect, correct and evaluate data quality in distribution network, methods respectively based on information matching of multi data sources, comparison in multi time intervals at the same bus and measured information matching of multi buses are presented to detect measured voltage data of SCADA system in distribution network. Based on power flow data, a precision estimation method for calculated voltage data is proposed, providing criterion for method based on measured information matching of multi buses. Then, combined with obvious saltation detection of measured data and three above-mentioned methods, a comprehensive detection and correction method based on multi temporal and spatial information of multi data sources is proposed to detect voltage data quality. Finally, evaluation standards of voltage data quality for single data and data sets are presented respectively. Distribution network with 69 buses is used to verify above methods. Results indicate that voltage data, not satisfying precision requirements, could be effectively found out and corrected accurately with the proposed methods. Furthermore, data quality evaluation could provide operators with reference.
