摘 要:针对"三北"地区热电机组比重大、冬季供暖期间弃风现象严重的问题,提出了在二级热网增设调峰电锅炉的消纳弃风方案。根据二级热网电锅炉的供热系统结构,建立了调峰电锅炉的启停控制模型和一级热网、二级热网的热平衡方程。并以煤耗量为目标函数,构建了一种电负荷由全网机组平衡、热负荷由各热电厂与调峰电锅炉就地平衡、计及热电机组电功率上下限与抽汽量之间的函数关系的电热联合调度模型。研究了电锅炉容量、不同热负荷调峰方案对全系统煤耗量、弃风量的影响。算例分析结果表明,该方案能够改变热电机组的供热、供电曲线,在降低热电机组热负荷峰值的同时增加了电网负荷谷值,从而为风电提供更大上网空间,提升了风电消纳能力。Aiming at problem of big proportion of cogeneration units in three Northern areas,leading to serious wind curtailment, the paper presents a scheme of adding peak-shaving electric boiler in secondary heat supply network(heat exchange station). Based on heat system with boilers in secondary heat supply network, start/stop control model of peaking electric boilers and heating balance equation of primary and secondary networks are established. Taking coal consumption as objective function, the paper builds joint scheduling model of electricity and heat, where electrical load is balanced with all network units while thermal load with cogeneration units and peak-shaving electric boilers, and relationship between lower and upper power limits of cogeneration units is also considered. At the same time, influence of different peak shaving scheme on coal consumption and wind curtailment is taken into consideration. The results show that this scheme, reducing peak heat load of thermal power units and increasing valley electric load of power system, can optimize thermal and electric load curve of operating units, offering more space for wind power accommodation.
