摘 要:研究了生态流量对梯级水库调度柔性决策的影响,建立了以梯级水库发电量最大和满足发电保证率为目标,且考虑河道生态用水的水库优化调度模型,借鉴异轨同效研究成果,采用了改进的动态规划法对模型进行求解.结合调度中发电量、弃水量和发电保证率与生态流量相关关系,分析了生态流量对水库调度决策空间的影响,验证了改进动态规划法在水库调度应用中的稳定性.结果表明:生态流量的变化改变了水库调度的决策范围,尤其是枯水期水库调度的决策范围,而改进的动态规划法能在决策空间改变情况下产生稳定合理的计算结果.Impact of ecological flow on flexible decision‐making for cascade reservoir operation w as fo‐cused on .A cascade reservoir operation model with maximizing power generation and considering eco‐logical flow as well as reliability requirement was proposed and developed .The model was optimized by the modified dynamic programming (MDP) method based on the research of equivalences of differ‐ent operation tracks .The impacts of the ecological flow on the decision space in reservoir operation were analyzed in terms of the correlation between ecological flow and the total energy production ,the total spill and the power generation reliability .The stability of the MDP method applied in reservoir operation was also verified .The results indicate that the variation of ecological flow will change deci‐sion regions of reservoir operation ,especially in drought periods .The MDP method will maintain sta‐bility and reasonability in the case of changing decision regions .
