和平文化视域下侗族习惯法的核心价值研究

摘　　要：和平文化一般是指以和平思想为核心或价值取向,以理论阐释、研究探索、引导提倡、广泛传播、努力实施与积极奉行和平理念为主题的文化表现形式、文化发展状态和文化内涵特征等。侗族习惯法作为我国民族传统文化中的一个组成部分,必然受中国传统和平文化思想的影响。因此,从侗族习惯法的成因入手,从习惯法包涵的民主平等、依规办事及宽容互助等方面探讨了人与人、人与自然、人与社会和谐相处的和平理念,从而揭示出追求人与人和谐相处以及社会地区和平发展是侗族习惯法的核心价值目标。Peace culture generally refers to cultural forms,development status,connotation characteristics etc,which consider peaceful thought as the core and value orientation, and consider interpreting, researching, leading, spreading,implementing,and adherencing to the peace idea as the theme. Dong customary law,which is a part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, is inevitably affected by the thought of Chinese traditional peace culture. Therefore, this article researches the peace idea between man and man,man and nature,man and society,starting with the origin of dong customary law,including the aspect of emocratic and equality,in accordance with the rules,tolerancing and helping each other and so on, which contained by customary law.Thus reveals the pursuit of harmony between man and man, the peaceful development between society and district is the core value target of the dong customary law.
