摘  要:当前电力机车常用的电磁式电压互感器具有动态范围小、易发生铁磁谐振和输出不能短路等缺点,且在机车过电分相的过程中易产生过电压。针对这一情况,提出了一种新的检测方案,该方案使用电容分压、光纤传递信号。在高压电路供能方面,首次提出了一种气动供能方式,且具有安全可靠、电气隔离等突出优点。研究表明容性电容互感器可有效抑制过电分相时的过电压,大大提高绝缘可靠性;结合光纤传递信号,气动供能实现了完全的电隔离。相较于传统互感器,该设计在绝缘、体积、准确度、安全性方面均有明显优势。模型样机测试显示,该设计性能优良,可满足电力机车需求。The traditional transformer used on electric Locomotives has the major defects that small dynamic range,ferro-resonance and output circuit can't be shorted,and it will cause overvoltage while the locomotives passing the articulated phase insulator.To solve this problem,a new design is presented in the paper.The applicant puts forward a new type of capacitor divider and uses optical fiber to transmit digital signals.In terms of power supply for circuit worked in high voltage environment,apneumatic power system is firstly put forward which has the outstanding advantages such as safety,reliability and electrical isolation.Research shows that capacitor divider could greatly reduce the overvoltage and improve the insulation reliability and with optical fiber and pneumatic power system makes full electrical isolation.The new design shows excellent insulation,small size,high measurement accuracy and satisfactory safety.The experiment proved that the new design had excellent properties and satisfied the requirement of electric locomotive.
