乳腺超声检查对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺超声检查对乳腺肿瘤的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析180例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿瘤患者临床资料,其中良性66例(良性组),恶性114例(恶性组)。分析两组患者声像图表现,并对比观察肿瘤内部血流参数峰值流速(PSV)和阻力指数(RI)值。结果两组在肿块形态、边界、后方衰减、纵横比、有无微钙化等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性乳腺肿瘤PSV和RI显著低于恶性组(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声对鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块有极高的价值,为临床早发现、早诊断、早治疗提供有力依据。Objective To evaluate the clinical role of ultrasound examination in the process of breast cancer diagnosis.Method A retrospective analysis was first conducted into the clinical data of 180 patients pathologically diagnosed as cases of breast cancer. 66 cases were found to be benign cases and the other 114 cases were found to be malignant. The ultrasonographic images of both groups were compared and analyzed. The parameters of peak velocity（ PSV） and the resistance index（ RI） of the blood flow inside the tumor of both groups were also observed and compared. Findings The shape of tumor,the border,the rear attenuation,micro-calcification as observed in both groups were found to be significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. The PSV and RI values in the group with benign breast tumor were significantly lower than those of the malignant group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound technology can effectively differentiate benign and malignant breast tumors and thus can contribute to timely detection,diagnosis,and treatment of the disease.
