抗栓泵与压力带联合应用预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗栓泵与压力带对剖宫产手术产妇下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果。方法:将135例产科剖宫产手术产妇随机等分为常规护理组、单纯压力带组和抗栓泵+压力带组,比较三组产妇D-二聚体、血小板、凝血四项和下肢深静脉血栓发生率的差异。结果:常规护理组术后D-二聚体浓度升高,超出正常范围内,单纯压力带组和抗栓泵+压力带组术后D-二聚体下降,其次三组凝血指标术后有所差异,单纯压力带组和抗栓泵+压力带组下肢深静脉血栓发生率均低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:抗栓泵联合压力带使用能改善产妇术后血液高凝状态,可减少剖腹产术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生,且其为机械性方法,无不良反应,具有良好的临床价值。Objective：To investigate antithrombotic pump pressure for cesarean mothers with deep vein thrombosis preventive effect. Methods ：135 cases of obstetric maternal cesarean section were randomly divided into routine care group, pressure group and antithrombotic simple pressure pump ＋ pressure group, the three groups of mothers D - dimer, platelets, coagulation and deep differences vein thrombosis incidence. Results ： Routine care group were D - dimer concentration, beyond the normal range within, simple pressure with a pressure group and antithrombotic pump ＋ D - dimer with postoperative decline, fol- lowed by three groups of postoperative coagulation the difference with the simple pressure groups and antithrombotic ＋ pressure pump group with deep venous thrombosis were lower than usual care group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combined use of pump pressure antithrombotic improve maternal postoperative hyper- coagulable states, can reduce cesarean deep venous thrombosis, and the mechanical method, no adverse reactions, with good clinical value.
