摘　　要：目的：探讨氧气治疗3 M 透明敷料所致过敏患儿的效果。方法：选取2010年8月~2014年8月我院因使用3 M 透明敷料致皮肤过敏患儿46例，将2010年8月~2012年12月发生3 M 透明敷料过敏的23例患儿作为对照组，常规局部每4 h 1次涂药护理，将2013年1月~2014年8月发生3 M 透明敷料过敏的23例患儿作为观察组，在常规局部4 h 1次涂药护理的基础上加用氧气疗法，观察两组患儿皮肤反应的变化、皮疹消退情况。结果：观察组患儿的临床疗效优于对照组（P ﹤0．05）。结论：加用氧气治疗3M 透明敷料致皮肤过敏效果明显，值得临床推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the effect of the blow - by oxygen therapy on skin allergy caused by 3 M transparent dressing. Methods：From August 2010 - August 2014 in our hospital due to the use of 3 M transparent dressings cause skin allergies in children 46 cases,the August 2010 - December 2012 occurred 3 M transparent dressings allergy 23 patients as the control group,conventional topical applicator every 4 h 1 time nursing,the January 2013 - Au-gust 2014 3 M transparent dressings occurred 23 cases of children with allergies as the observation group on the basis of conventional topical 4 h 1 time ap-plicator care on the use of oxygen therapy,observed the changes in the two groups of children with skin reactions,rash regression. Results：The clinical effica-cy of children in the observation group was better than the control group（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：The home oxygen therapy 3 M transparent dressings cause skin allergies effect is obvious,worthy of clinical application.
