摘　　要：目的：了解癌症患者的病情信息需求，分析影响癌症患者得知真实病情的因素，为临床上实施差别告知提供理论依据。方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷对2013年9~11月在某三级甲等医院住院治疗的222例癌症患者进行调查。结果：癌症患者认为信息需求与年龄、职业、文化程度、婚姻、丧亲经历、生活水平、遇突发事件的应变能力及获知时间有关。结论：满足癌症患者对病情的需求是必要的，告知前应充分考虑患者的年龄、职业、文化程度、婚姻、丧亲经历、生活水平、遇突发事件的应变能力及获知时间等影响因素，充分满足患者的知情权，可避免医疗纠纷的发生。Objective：To investigate whether the cancer patient has the needs of information to illness,analyze the influencing factors that cancer patients in-formed of cancer disease,provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of the clinical differences information. Methods：Survey on the 222 cases of cancer patients by self - designed questionnaire. Results：Information needs related to the patient′s age,occupation,education,marriage,bereavement experiences of living,in case of emergency response capabilities and informed time. Conclusion：It is necessary to Meet the needs to cancer patients of information to illness. But it should be firstly assess the patient′s age,occupation,education,marriage,bereavement,experiences of living,capabilities in case of emergency re-sponse and Informed time. So,it can both satisfy the patients′ right to know,and avoid the occurrence of medical disputes.
