需求导向的应用技术大学人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：随着一批新建本科院校向以培养应用技术人才为特征的应用技术大学转型,学术界认为应用技术大学的人才培养模式应以市场和行业的需求为导向。通过强化实践教学环节、以市场需求为导向制定人才培养方案、大力培养"双师型"师资队伍、强化实习基地的功能等四个方面进行应用技术大学的人才培养模式研究。With a number of newly established undergraduate colleges and universities to culltvate the application of technology in order to feature the application of technical university transformation, the academic community that the application of Technology University＇s personnel training mode should be based on market and industry demand. Through strengthening the practice teaching link, taking the market demand as the guidance to develop the talent training plan, and vigorously develop the ＂double qualification＂ teaching staff, strengthening the function of the practice base and so on, four aspects to carry on the University＇s personnel training mode are researched.
