摘 要:横向剪切干涉纯背景条纹因来源于剪切前后波面在重叠区的干涉,而受光学系统像差和附加相位的调制。根据横向剪切的成像理论,利用Matlab软件模拟纯背景条纹,分析离焦像差、球差等光学系统像差和附加相位差的影响。研究结果表明:条纹的密集度和形状受像差的影响很大,随附加相位差呈周期性分布。纯背景条纹的模拟与实验结果基本一致,对比这两种条纹,可调试实际光学系统以获得适宜的像差系数,利于干涉图的数据提取。An interferogram is generated by the wavefront and its laterally shifted wavefront in the overlap area using lateral shearing interferometry. The background fringes obtained are related to the optical aberration. Based on the imaging theory, the background fringes were simulated by Matlab software. Defocus, spherical aberration and the extra phase difference were analyzed. The results indicated that the density and the shape of the fringes were affected greatly by the optical aberrations and periodic with the extra phase difference. The simulated background fringes are similar to the experimental one. After comparing this two results, the appropriate optical aberrations can be obtained by adapting the actual optical system is beneficial to the data extraction.
