摘 要:采用固相反应法制备BaZr0.25Ti0.75O3-BaMg6Ti6O19-MgO复合陶瓷材料,研究其介电调谐性能。将一定量的Mg2TiO4-MgO加入到BaZr0.25Ti0.75O3中可以得到铁电(BaZr0.25Ti0.75O3)-介电(BaMg6Ti6O19-MgO)复合材料,材料介电常数和介电损耗降低,同时保持较高的调谐率。按w(Mg2TiO4):w(MgO):w(BaZr0.25Ti0.75O3)=3:2:5制得的复合材料在室温下测量介电常数约为200,损耗率是0.004,在2.5kV/mm和1 MHz下测量调谐率为32%。这说明该复合材料是一种很有前景的备选材料,可用于要求较低介电常数的微波调谐应用。BaZr0.25Ti0.75 O3-BaMg6Ti6 O19-MgO composites were prepared by a solid state reaction method, and their dielectric and tunable characteristics were investigated for the potential application as microwave tunable materials. It is observed that the addition of Mg2 TiO4-MgO into BaZr0.25 Ti0.75 O3 form ferroelectric (BaZr0.25 Ti0.75 O3) - dielectric (Mg2 TiO4-MgO) composites. The dielectric constant and loss tangent of Ba- Zr0.25 Ti0.75 O3-BaMg6 Ti6 O19-MgO composites have been reduced and the overall tunability is maintained at a sufficiently high level. The composite fabricated by 30wt% Mg2 TiO4-20wt%MgO- 50wt%BaZr0.25 Ti0.75 03 has tunability of 32% under 2. 5kV/mm and at room temperature and 1MHz with about dielectric constant 200 and loss tangent 0.004, indicating that it is a promising candidate material for tunable microwave applications requiring low dielectric constant.
