云南省农村污水处理现状与技术模式

摘　　要：云南省农村具有独特的村庄与人口特征、经济社会特征。农村污水处理技术常用氧化塘处理系统、湿地处理系统、土壤处理系统、生物处理系统四类。详细论述了各类技术模式的工艺原理、适用地区、适用进出水水质条件、工艺优缺点等,认为目前存在农村污水处理排放标准缺乏、重投入轻管理、农村生活污水处理项目运行保障机制不健全、社区参与引导不够等问题。Yunnan has unique characteristics of population and economy and society.Currently,the widely used rural sewage treatment technologies cover oxidation pond system,man-made wetland system,soil treatment sys-tem,and biological treatment system.The engineering theories,application of technologies fitting in various re-gions,the requirements of wastewater at the inlet and outlet,and the advantages and disadvantages of each technol-ogy were presented in detail.However,the shortage of rural sewage discharge standard,the neglect of management after investing much money to build the installation,as well as the absence of community participation have resulted in problems of operating the installation properly.
