摘　　要：把凯氏定氮仪用于土壤阳离子交换量的测定,通过测定土壤样品p H的变化情况来确定仪器的准确蒸馏时间、滴定体积等最佳仪器参数设置,从而快速方便地测定土壤阳离子交换量。测定结果的偏差符合标准规定。Before determining soil cation exchange capacity by Kieldahl’s method azotometer,testing the pH chan-ges could help to optimize the conditions of distill time and titration volume,which improved the test process faster and simpler.The deviation of the test results accorded to the standard.
