从灾难影视中看中外应急文化

摘　　要：随着经济的迅猛发展,突发事件从发生的频率和事件的复杂性方面对应急管理的水平都提出了更高的要求。作为应急管理的重要组成部分,应急文化建设的任务日趋艰巨。但是,我国应急文化建设起步晚、发展落后。本文主要从灾难影视的角度,通过中外应急文化的对比分析,对我国应急文化的发展提出一些可行性建议。With the rapid development of economy, emergency, in terms of its frequency of occurrence and complexity, raises higher requirements for emergency management level. As an important part of e- mergency management, the task of emergency culture construction is becoming increasingly difficult. Starting late, Chinese emergency culture construction lags behind foreign countries. From the perspective of disaster films, this paper put forward some feasible suggestions for the development of emergency cul- ture, through comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign emergency culture.
