基于自我效能感干预提高老年高血压患者药物管理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于自我效能理论的护理干预对改善社区老年高血压患者口服药自我管理能力的促进作用。方法将社区80名老年高血压服药患者随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),观察组给予提高基于自我效能感的干预措施,对照组给予社区常规用药指导。结果与对照组比较,观察组干预后的药物识别、获取、剂量与时间等药物自我管理能力(0.93±0.14)、用药依从性自我效能感(5.77±0.46)、用药依从性(7.08±1.32),较干预前有显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论基于自我效能理论的护理干预能提高社区老年高血压患者药物自我管理能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of self-efficacy theory guided nursing intervention on competence in self-administration of medication in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods Totally 80 elderly patients with hypertension were divided into an experimental group（n=40）and a control group（n=40）randomly.The participants in the experimental group received nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory,while the participants in the control group received routine community medication guidance.Results For the experimental group,the basic skills of medication management competence scored（0.93±0.14）,medication adherence self-efficacy scored（5.77±0.46）and medication adherence level scored（7.08±1.32）after intervention,all indicators being improved significantly（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory could improve elderly patients′competence in self-administration of medication.
