摘　　要：copyleft是知识产权领域的新兴词,作为一个知识产权术语,在信息开放的互联网时代加速着中国各界对版权思想理解的分化,其译法也在不断被技术界、新闻界和学术界所解读。然而目前学界尚未有与copyleft对应的中文译名,文章对现有的几种解释进行梳理,通过分析copyleft的内涵,呼吁有关部门尽早审定其中文译名。Copyleft is a new word in the domain of intellectual property.As a term of intellectual property,copyleft urges the comprehending differentiation in all circles in China,and its Chinese translation varies among technological circles,press circles and academic circles.However,there are still no suitable Chinese translation of the word ＂ copyleft ＂.Based on analyzing the existing interpretations,this paper appeals related departments to examine and approve the Chinese translation of copyleft.
