摘　　要：本文选择三一集团作为研究对象,以内部资本市场配置效率理论为基础,运用财务分析法对案例进行层层分析,试图通过探析其内部资本市场运行来考察其资本市场配置效率。This paper selects the SANY group as the research object, based on the theory of internal capital market allocation efficiency, and use financial analysis method to analyze the case, try to investigate the efficiency of capital market allocation through the analysis of the internal capital market operation.
