消痔灵注射治疗兔直肠黏膜内脱垂实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消痔灵注射治疗兔直肠黏膜内脱垂(IRP)的疗效。方法:将16只兔按直肠黏膜内脱垂兔造模方案造模,造模后随机分为两组各8只。第1组为IRP组,肛门镜下观察后解剖取兔直肠进行病理分析;第2组为消痔灵注射组,在注射后第14天肛门镜下观察后解剖取兔直肠进行病理分析。结果:IRP组兔肛门镜下观察见直肠黏膜遮挡肛镜视野范围均在3/4以上,直肠显微镜下见腺体组织增生,血管扩张充血,间质炎细胞浸润聚集,间质水肿、疏松;消痔灵注射组在注射后第14天肛门镜下观察见直肠黏膜遮挡肛镜视野范围均在1/6以下,直肠显微镜下见黏膜下层呈慢性炎细胞浸润、纤维组织增生,黏膜层与肌层排列较IRP兔直肠紧密。结论:消痔灵注射治疗兔IRP效果肯定。Objective：To observe the curative effect in the IRP rabbits after Xiaozhiling injection.Methods：16rabbits were randomly divided into two groups after making the IRP model.There were 8rabbits in each group.The IRP group was group 1,the rabbits were executed to pathological analysis after the anoscopic observation.The Xiaozhiling injection group was group 2.At the14 th day after injection,the rabbits were executed to pathological analysis after the anoscopic observation.Results：In the IRP group,there was over 3/4view which was keeped out by the rectum mucosa in the anoscopic observation.We could find that there were gland hyperplasia,vasodilation congestion,interstitial inflammatory cells infiltration,interstitial edema and osteoporosis through pathological analyzing.In the Xiaozhiling injection group,there was below 1/6view which was keeped out by the rectum mucosa in the anoscopic observation.We could find that there were chronic inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrous tissue hyperplasia in the rectum submucosa.Mucosa and muscle layer was arranged more closely than the IRP rabbit rectum.Conclusion：Xiaozhiling is effective to cure the IRP
