摘　　要：目的:研究壮药鲫鱼胆挥发油提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计L9(34),以提油率为指标,确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果:药材最佳提取工艺条件为剪碎、浸泡2h,提取5h,加水12倍。结论:该提取工艺简便易行。Objective：To study the extraction process of Jasminum nervosum Lour.Methods：Using orthogonal design L9（34）,by means of clathrate rate definite the best condition of clathrate process.Results：The optimal extraction process was as follows：cut up medicine were soaked in 2h,extraction in 5h,the highest extraction rate was 12 times with imbitition.Conclusion：the extraction process is simple and easy.
