摘 要:目的探讨低温暴露对大鼠黄体细胞环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)生成量的影响及人参多糖的调节作用。方法采用体外细胞培养法分离培养大鼠卵巢黄体细胞,设人参多糖组和实验组,进行37℃、0℃、-10℃环境温度多次暴露,观察黄体细胞c AMP生成量的变化;采用放射免疫分析方法测定c AMP生成含量。结果 0℃第1次低温暴露,c AMP生成量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第2、3次低温暴露,c AMP均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);-10℃第1次低温暴露,c AMP生成量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第2、3次低温暴露均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人参多糖组增高和下降幅度明显减少,第2、3次0℃冷暴露后及第3次-10℃冷暴露后,c AMP生成量明显高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寒冷程度及暴寒次数对大鼠卵巢黄体细胞产生c AMP功能有影响,人参多糖对其有良好的调节作用。Objective To discuss the c AMP content excreted by luteal cells of rat in the multiple and different cold exposure intension and the accommodating effect of ginseng polysugar. Methods We established the ginseng group and experimental group under the 37℃,0℃,- 10℃ multiple cold exposure,and culturing luteal cells of rat ovary in vitro,to observe the cyclic AMP( c AMP) content which was excreted by luteal cells. Then we used radiation immunity analysis method for determination of c AMP generated content. Results We found that the c AMP content increased significantly under the first0℃ cold exposure( P〈0. 05),and decreased significantly under both second and third cold exposure( P〈0. 05). The c AMP content had increased significantly under the first- 10℃ cold exposure( P〈0. 05),and decreased significantly under both second and third 0℃ cold exposure and third- 10℃ cold exposure( P〈0. 05). The c AMP content in the ginseng group was obviously more than than that in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05).Conclusion The c AMP content excreted by luteal cells are influenced by the intension and times of cold exposure,which also can be accommodated by ginseng polysugar.
