摘　　要：目的探讨高级心血管生命支持(ACLS)对急诊医护一体化培训效果影响。方法根据美国心脏协会(AHA)制定的ACLS课程,对30名急诊医护人员实施培训并进行效果评价。结果培训后,医护人员ACLS理论知识较培训前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);13项急救操作技能中,除高质量心肺复苏术和静脉通路建立,其他较培训前均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医师对护士救治配合满意度与培训前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用ACLS有利于急诊医护人员一体化救治,提升医护团队精神,提高医师对护士抢救配合的满意度,从而提高患者的抢救成功率。Objective To investigate the effect of advanced cardiovascular life support mode on integration of emergency medical training. Methods According to the American Heart Association ACLS courses,we chose 30 emergency medical personnel to implement and evaluate the effect of training. Results After training,medical personnel＇s theoretical knowledge of ACLS had significantly increased than that before training,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.The 13 first aid skills had significantly improved except of high-quality CPR and venous pathway establishment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The degree of doctor＇s satisfaction toward treatment cooperation of nurse was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using ACLS is good to emergency medical personnel integration treatment,improves the medical team spirit,improves the physician satisfaction of nurses rescue coordination,so as to improve the rescue success rate of patients.
