摘 要:[目的]为山西玉米的品质遗传改良提供理论依据。[方法]对2003—2012年山西省审定玉米品种的容重、粗淀粉、粗蛋白、粗脂肪及赖氨酸含量的变化进行分析。[结果]2003~2012年山西省审定玉米品种的平均容重和粗淀粉含量有升高的趋势;2003-2012年山西省审定玉米品种的粗脂肪含量基本无变化;2003~2008年山西省审定玉米品种的赖氨酸含量基本无变化;2003~2012年山西省审定玉米品种的粗蛋白含量略有下降。[结论]粗淀粉含量和容重随玉米产量的提高而提高,而粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量和赖氨酸含量等指标具有相对的稳定性,主要由遗传基因所控制的,因此必须加强专用型玉米选育。[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide thforetical basis for the genetic improvement of maize quality in Shanxi Province. [ Method] The changes of unit weight,crude starch,crude protein, crude fat and lysine content in the approved maize cultivars in Shanxi Province during 2003-2012 were analyzed. [ Result] The average unit weight and crude starch content in the approved maize cultivars in Shanxi Province showed an increasing trend during 2003-2012. The content of crude fat in the approved maize cultivars in Shanxi Province had no obvious change during 2003-2012. The content of lysine in the approved maize cultivars in Shanxi Province had no obvious change during 2003-2008. The content of crude protein in the approved maize cultivars in Shanxi Province slightly decreased during 2003-2012. [ Conclusion] The crude starch content and unit weight increased with the increment of maize yield. But the crude protein content, crude fat content and lysine content were relatively stable, and they were mainly controlled by genetic genes, therefore the breeding of special maize cultivars should be strengthened.
