摘　　要：通过分析园林植物应用学科的研究对象、研究方法、理论与实践需求等现实问题,依据学科的内在特征和客观实践需求,探寻园林植物应用的基本单位。笔者提出并深化景观单元概念,基于"质-核假说",构建以"植-境"为核,"生态-美学"为质的景观单元理论框架,提出适地适树、胞质干扰、边界交流等内在机制和基于原型与变型、生长与组织等的模式语言、景观图谱等外形表达。By analyzing the practical problems of research objects and methods, theory and practice demand of landscape plants application dis- cipline, according to the intrinsic characteristics and the objective practice demand of the discipline, the basic unit of the landscape plants appli- cation was explored. This paper put forward and deepen the concepts of the landscape cell, constructed the theoretical framework of the landscape cell, based on the ＂cytoplasm- nuclear hypothesis＂, as ＂plant-habitat＂ for nuclear and ＂ecological-aesthetics＂ for cytoplasm, then put forward to the internal mechanism as ＂Matching species with the site＂ （MSS）, cytoplasm interference, border exchanges and the appearance expression as mode language and graphics mode, based on the prototype and variant, growth and organization etc of the landscape cell.
