摘　　要：黑土资源关系着国家粮食安全。该研究基于吉林省黑土资源概况及利用优势,探讨了吉林省黑土资源利用存在的问题,从宏观管理、农田建设、土壤肥力等方面提出了防治对策。Black soil resources are related to national food security. Based on general situation and utilization advantages of black soil resource in Jilin Province, the existing problems in black soil resource utilization were discussed, prevention and control countermeasures were put forward from the macroscopic management, construction of farmland and soil fertility and so on.
