广东省农民工市民化的经验研究

摘　　要：分析了广东农民工市民化的实践经验,提出了促进农民工市民化的对策建议:以政府为主导,通过制度创新优化农民工市民化环境;以企业为主体,夯实农民工市民化的经济基础;协同社会力量,营造包容接纳的社会氛围;同时,农民工自身要提高职业技能和道德素质,积极主动融入城市生活。The paper analyses practical experience of Guangdong rural migrant workers citizenization and put forward some countermeasures： with the government guidance, the system innovation can optimize the environment of rural migrant workers＇ translation ; Enterprise as the main body will consolidate economic foundation of rural migrant workers ; Collaborating social forces will create an inclusive and accepted social atmos- phere; Meanwhile, the rural migrant workers should improve their vocational skills and moral quality to blend into city life actively.
