摘 要:合成生物学作为新的分支学科带来了很多新的研究理念,同时在应用上具备很大的应用潜力。由于兴起时间不长和发展迅速,目前国内可供参考的教材和教学经验不多。总结近几年的教学经验,尝试在教学内容设计、师生互动环节和案例教学等方面进行教学改革,加深学生对知识点的理解,调动学生自主学习的积极性,提高课堂教学效果。As a new subfield of life science,Synthetic Biology combines knowledge from various disciplines and have huge applications. During the past decade, Synthetic Biology developed rapidly but few teaching materials and experience can be learned. We try here to conduct several teaching innovation in several areas such as contents of courses, communication between teachers and students and case teaching by experience concluded recent years in order to improve students to learn knowledge, give them more learning initiative and finally achieved good teaching re- suhs.
