摘 要:报道了一种实用化的飞秒激光绝对测距系统。基于两台自由运转的全保偏光纤飞秒激光器的非线性光学采样,可以实现高更新速率、高精度的任意长绝对距离测量。实验演示了对位于约2m处的合作目标的绝对测距。在2kHz更新率下实现了3.3μm的测距精度。通过连续测量取平均,在100Hz时,测距精度达到0.8μm。测距非模糊范围为2.08m。辅以精度为米级的粗略测距,就可以有效地扩展量程,实现任意长度、微米级精度的绝对测距。由于采用了全保偏光纤化的飞秒激光光源设计,该测距系统具有环境稳定性好、集成化、免维护等突出优势,在大尺寸工业制造、航空航天、遥感探测等领域有重要的应用前景。We demonstrate a practical femtosecond laser absolute ranging system. High update rate and high precision arbitrary distance measurement can be realized based on nonlinear optical sampling between two free running polarization maintaining femtosecond fiber lasers. A ranging experiment for a cooperative target at about 2 m distance is demonstrated. A 3.3 μm ranging precision at 2 kHz update rate is realized. The ranging precision can reach 0.8 μm at 100 Hz update rate by averaging of continuous measurements. The ranging ambiguity is 2.08 m, which can be removed by introducing a coarse measurement with about 1 meter precision, resulting in an arbitrary ranging with micrometer precision. Due to the usage of all-polarization maintaining fiber based femtosecond laser sources, this ranging system is advantageous of high environmental stability, high compatibility, and maintenance free operation, which is attractive for a number of applications, such as large-scale manufacturing, aerospace engineering and remote sensing.
