摘  要:目的分析糖尿病足常见病原菌抗生素耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对糖尿病足感染分泌物阳性培养结果进行病原菌分类及药敏分析。结果 130份糖尿病足分泌物阳性标本中共分离出158株细菌,革兰氏阴性杆菌114株(72.15%),革兰氏阳性球菌44株(27.85%)。葡萄球菌对青霉素、红霉素、庆大霉素耐药率达80.00%以上,青霉素耐药粪肠球菌为57.14%,未出现万古霉素耐药菌株;革兰氏阴性杆菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南敏感率为100.00%。结论糖尿病病人足感染以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,不同病原菌对抗生素的耐药性不同,应进行培养及药物敏感试验,以指导临床合理用药。Objective This article aims to analyze the distribution of antibiotic drug-resistance in diabetic foot common pathogens for providing clinical evidences in clinical rational drug use. Methods The pathogens were grouped and the drug sensitivity analysis was done for the positive culture results from the diabetic foot infected secretions. Results A total of 158 strains bacteria were isolated from the positive culture results of 130 diabetic foot secretion samples.There were 1 14 strains of Gram - negative bacteria (72.15%),and 44 strains of Gram-positive Cocci (27.85%).The drug-resistant rates of Staphylococcus to penicillin,erythro-mycin and Gentamycin were over 80.00%.57.14% of Enterococcus faecalis were resistant to penicillin.Van-comycin resistant bacteria strains were not found.100% of Gram-negative bacteria were sensitive to Imipen-em and Meropenem. Conclusion The diabetic foot infection is mainly caused by Gram-negative bacteria. Different pathogen's drug resistance is different.It is important to perform the cultivation and drug sensitivity experiment for guiding clinical rational drug use.
