摘　　要：采食是奶牛的基本行为,奶牛的采食行为主要包括采食和反刍2个过程。本文以影响奶牛采食行为的重要因素为切入点,综述粗饲料、产犊、冷热应激及挤奶和饲喂频率等对奶牛采食行为的影响,强调了研究奶牛采食行为的重要意义,为保证奶牛健康高产提供依据,指导生产实践。Feeding is the basic behavior of dairy cow. The feeding behavior of dairy cow includes two main processes which are named feeding and rumination. This article focused on the important factors which influenced the feeding behavior of dairy cow, and summarized the influence of roughage, calving, ambient temperature stress and milking and feeding frequency on the feeding behavior of dairy cow. Then it emphasized the significant importance of the study of feeding behavior in order to provide evidence to guarantee the health and the productivity of dairy cow, and to guide the practice.
