摘  要:目的采用实时三平面应变率成像评价肥厚型心肌病(HCM)患者左心室长轴局部舒张功能。方法选取HCM患者37例(HCM组)与健康志愿者42名(正常对照组)。采用实时三平面应变率成像模式测定受检者左心室各壁基底段、中间段舒张早期(SRe)、舒张晚期(SRa)的峰值应变率,并进行统计学分析。结果HCM组各节段SRe、SRa、SRe/SRa与正常对照组比较均明显降低(P均<0.05),HCM组室间隔及前壁的基底段、中间段SRe、SRe/SRa较左心室后壁均明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论实时三平面应变率成像技术可快速、客观地定量分析HCM患者左心室长轴舒张功能的变化。Objective To evaluate left ventricular (LV) long-axis regional diastolic function in hypertrophic cardiomyopa- thy (HCM) patients with real-time triplane strain rate imaging. Methods Totally 37 HCM patients (HCM group) and 42 age-matched healthy subjects as control group were enrolled. Early diastolic peak strain and late diastolic peak strain rate (SRe and SRa) at basal and middle segments in different LV walls were measured with real-time triplane stain rate ima- ging. The statistical analysis was performed. Results SRe, SRa and SRe/SRa of all wall in HCM group were significant lower than those of in control group (all P〈0.05). SRe, SRe/SRa at basal, middle segment of interventricular septum and anterior wall were significantly lower than those of posterior wall in HCM group (all P〈0. 05). Conclusion Real-time tri- plane strain rate imaging can get quantitative analysis LV long-axis diastolic function quickly and objectively in HCM patients.
