摘  要:安全阀作为高压高含硫气田采气工艺重要的安全附件,起着管道和容器超压保护的作用。按照规范,它需要定期校验,但在实际过程中,安全阀的校验和维修存在阀门内漏,泄压困难等问题,拆装过程中极易发生高压伤人,火灾爆炸,硫化氢中毒等风险。通过对高压高含硫气田安全阀安装工艺流程进行优化,可有效避免上述的风险,轻松实现安全阀的校验和检维修,从而减少了投入和损失。Safety valve as a important safety accessory for high-voltage and high-sulfur gas field, plays pipes and containers overpressure protection. In accordance with the specification that requires regular check, but in practice, there is leakage of the valve, pressure relief valve problems and other issues of verification and maintenance, disassembly process prone to high pressure injuries, fire and explosion, hydrogen sulfide poisoning and other risks. Through to optimize the installation process of safety valve for the high-voltage and high-sulfur gas, which can effectively avoid the above risks, easy calibration and maintenance of the safety valve, reducing investment and losses.
