摘  要:从北美红枫1年生越冬苗上剪取带1个顶芽和2个侧芽的硬枝,蘸ABT生根剂进行硬枝扦插试验,结果表明:带3个芽的扦插穗材比带2个芽的穗材愈伤组织形成快,扦插成活率高,18d产生愈伤组织,25d分生侧根,生根率可达到85%以上,成苗率达到78%以上,繁殖效果较好。Hardwoods with one terminal bud and two lateral buds were cut from 1-year-old overwintering Acer pal-matum seedlings and was dipped with ABT rooting agent.Result shows that callus of cuttings with three buds formed faster than that with two buds;the survival rate of cuttings is high,callus were formed in 18 d,meristematic lateral root was formed in 25 d.Rooting rate can reach above 85%,and the seedling rate being more than 78%;re-production effect is optimal.
