弧形齿万向轴外齿包络法加工及强度分析

摘　　要：以弧形齿万向轴为研究对象,为了解决加工过程中出现的齿面干涉问题,提出采用五自由度的盘型铣刀空间包络方法进行加工;建立弧形齿万向轴的有限元模型,对弧形齿万向轴结构和强度进行了分析。Taking arc tooth universal shaft as the research object, in order to solve the problems of tooth surface interference, 5DOF space envelope method with disc cutter was presented. The finite element model of arc tooth universal shaft was established, structual analysis and stress analysis to all toothes in the limit position were done by finite element software.
