摘　　要：介绍一种加工轴套径向孔的钻床夹具的工作原理与实施方式,并对钻模进行了可行性分析。调换件的合理应用,避免了夹具的重复设计。该钻模具有结构简单、制造工艺性好、调整方便、生产效率高和实用性强等特点。The working principle and the embodiment of drill jig for sleeve parts were introduced. Feasibility analysis of the drill jig was also given. Repeated design of jig was avoided by the reasonable application of replacement element. The jig has many advanta?ges, such as simple structure, good manufacturing processes, convenient for adjustment, high efficiency and strong practicability.
