摘  要:分析全液压防突钻机回转液压系统的工作原理,利用AMESim软件建立其仿真模型,并进行动态仿真分析,得到了不同负载下马达进口压力变化曲线,并通过现场模拟试验验证了仿真结果的正确性;对影响系统动态特性的因素进行分析,得到不同等效黏性阻尼系数的情况下马达输出转速和进口压力的响应曲线。试验和仿真结果表明,该回转液压系统具有良好的动态特性以及很强的负载适应性。The working principle of the rotating hydraulic system of full hydraulic rigs against outburst was analyzed. The simula?tion model was built through AMESim and the dynamic simulation analysis was completed. Then the motor inlet pressure response curves under different load were gained, and the simulation results’ correctness was validated through site test. The motor output speed curves and inlet pressure under different equivalent viscosity damping coefficients were gotten through the analysis of the system′s dynamic property. The test and simulation results show that the hydraulic system under different loads has better dynamic characteris?tics and strong load adaptability.
