摘  要:凝析气田单井计量工艺复杂、投资高,若能实现带液两相计量将大大简化地面工艺流程、降低投资。为提高凝析气田的整体开发效益,开展了凝析气田带液计量的研究。在研究过程上,综合考虑了Froude(弗鲁德)数、文丘里管节流比和喉部长度参数对虚高的影响,提出了长喉径文丘里仿真模型,设计了非标准文丘里管两相计量实验样机2套,经实验室及现场性能测试,取得了较好的试验效果。该项技术不仅可以应用于凝析气田带液计量,也可以应用于湿气气田的计量,具有广泛的应用前景。Single well metering of condensate gas field has complex technology and high investment. However, the two phase fluid metering can greatly simplify the process and reduce the investment. In order to improve the overall development benefit of the condensate gas field, the research of condensate gas field's fluid metering device are carried out in the paper. considered with the Froude number, the throttling ratio of Venturi tube and the throat length parameter which have the influence on the virtual height, the Venturi simulation model with long throat diameter are proposed and two experiment prototypes of two phase metering with non-standard venturi tube which have demonstrated good performance after the tests in the lab and gas field are designed. This technology not only applies to the fluid measurement of condensate gas field, but also the measurement of moisture field, which shows broad application prospect.
