摘　　要：本文采用区别性特征分析法,通过对比分析《呼吸》中四个主要人物的性格特征,来说明这些特征如何建构起人物间的纽带和联系并最终决定着人物的不同命运,以深入理解作者人物塑造的独特技巧和小说的深刻主题。The research will be conducted by employing the distinctive feature analysis approach and the discussion will be on the comparison and contrast of the traits possessed by the four protagonists. Through the analysis,the paper tries to reveal how these distinctive features link the characters and decide different fates for each. Then the unique skills of characterization employed by the author can be fully appreciated.
