设立国家纪念日的原因及意义

摘　　要：本文通过对全国人大常委会采取国家立法形式分别确立三个国家纪念日的简要论述,着重指出设立国家纪念日的原因是完善纪念活动、提高公民历史价值观、维护国际正义、遵循国际惯例。其具有铭记历史、缅怀先烈、维护和平、开创未来的现实意义。Based on a brief account of how the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress has legally established the three national memorial days,the essay stresses the reasons for their establishment as follows: to enrich the memorial activities,to enhance the historical values,to uphold international justice,and to comply with international conventions. Meanwhile,the decision did benefit a lot,for example,remembering the history,cherishing the memory of the martyrs,maintaining peace and creating the future.
