经皮中药离子导入佐治非IgA系膜增生性肾小球肾炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经皮中药离子导入配合常规药物疗法治疗非Ig A系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法将147例非Ig A系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组A组(48例)、对照组B组(49例)。对照组A组采用常规药物疗法治疗,对照组B组在常规药物治疗的基础上采用经皮生理盐水离子导入治疗;治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上采用经皮中药离子导入治疗,疗程30 d,对比观察3组患者治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血β2微球蛋白(血β2-MG)、尿β2微球蛋白(尿β2-MG)的变化和临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、血β2-MG、尿β2-MG均有显著下降,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组临床症状明显改善。结论经皮中药离子导入配合药物治疗非Ig A系膜增生性肾小球肾炎,能明显减少蛋白尿,延缓非Ig A系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的进展,改善患者临床症状,且无明显副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with traditional drug therapy on patients with non-Ig A mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. Methods 147 cases of patients with non-Ig A mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into treatment group（50 cases）,control group A（48cases） and control group B（49 cases）.Group A was treated with traditional drug therapy;Group B was treated with traditional drug treatment combined with percutaneous Physiological saline iontophoresis;the treatment group was treated with traditional drug treatment combined with percutaneous Chinese medicine iontophoresis for thirty days.24 hours urine protein,blood beta 2microglobulin（blood beta 2-MG） and urine beta 2 microglobulin（urine beta 2-MG） were tested. Results 24 hours urine protein,blood beta 2-MG and urine beta 2-MG dropped significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.The clinical symptoms in the treatment group improved significantly. Conclusions The combined therapy illustrated above can significantly reduce albuminuria,delay the progress of the disease and improve clinical symptoms for patients,and it also has no obvious side effects.
