摘  要:为提高学生学习积极性,激发学生学习化学制药生产技术课程的兴趣,进行化学制药生产技术课程教学改革很有必要。根据化学制药专业培养目标和原料药生产企业岗位技能需求,通过岗位能力分析,合理组织教学内容;采用任务驱动,实施教-学-做一体化教学模式;利用校内实训基地和生产企业实习基地,强化原料药生产技能训练;结合浙江省原料药生产基地特点,改革考核模式等。从这几个方面进行课程教学改革探索,提高学生自主学习能力,树立创新意识,锻炼负责、敬业、团队合作的职业精神。In order to raise the enthusiasm of students, stimulate student' s interest in the chemical pharmaceutical production technology, it is necessary to carry out the teaching innovation of the chemical pharmaceutical production technology course. According to the specialty objective of chemical pharmacy and the job qualification requirements of manufacturing enterprises, we implement a teaching-learning- practicing model by analyzing job qualification, organizing appropriate teaching content, and using the task-driven mode. By making full use of the training base on campus and enterprises, we improve students' skill training in pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturing. We explore the teaching innovation of this course combining several aspects such as the characteristics of pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturing base in Zhejiang and the examination mode. Consequently we enhance students' self-learning ability, build up their innovation awareness and their professional spirit, such as responsibility, dedication, and collaboration.
