摘  要:为小檗属的合理开发利用提供依据,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析不同小檗各居群的细胞色素氧化酶(COD)同工酶,研究贵州毕节小檗(Berberis guizhouensis)、永思小檗(B.tsienii)和威宁小檗(B.weiningensis)的种间及居群间的差异。结果表明:3种小檗8个居群酶带数共7条,其中毕节小檗2个居群20个个体酶带数为7条,永思小檗3个居群36个个体酶带数为5条,威宁小檗3个居群36个个体酶带数为4条。经聚类分析,毕节小檗与永思小檗的亲缘关系较近,毕节小檗、永思小檗与威宁小檗的亲缘关系较远。The differences between different species and between different populations among three special berberis plants of B. guizhouensis, B. tsienii and B. weiningensis were compared by means of analyzing cytochrome oxidase isoenzyme of different Berberis populations by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to provide the basis for rational development and utilization of Berberis. in Guizhou. Results: There are 7 isozyme bands in 8 populations of three special berberis. The isozyme band number from 20 individuals of 2 populations in B. guizhouensis, 36 individuals of 3 populations in Berberis tsienii and 36 individuals of 3 populations in B. weiningensis is 7, 5 and 4 respectively. The clustering analysis shows that the genetie relationship between B. guizhouensis and Berberis tsienii is close. There is a distant genetic relationship between B. guizhouensis and B. weiningensis and the same distant genetic relationship exists between B. tsienii and B. zveiningensis also.
