摘 要:为筛选适合贵州栽培的烤烟抗旱品种,采用大棚盆栽自然干旱的方式对14个烤烟品种不同干旱阶段(5d,10d,15d)的6个生理指标变化规律进行研究,并采用隶属函数法综合评价各烤烟品种伸根期的抗旱性。结果表明:干旱胁迫后烤烟品种间生理指标差异较大,根据隶属函数值分析麻江大红花、大柳叶节骨密、牛津26号和中烟14属高抗旱品种;南江3号、从江塘洞烟、NC89和贵烟2号属抗旱品种;K149、大黄金5210、福泉永团叶摺烟和K326属中抗旱品种;云烟87和红花大金元属不抗旱品种。The variation rule of six physiological indexes of 14 flue-cured tobacco varieties was studied at different drought stages (Sd, 10d and 15d) under the natural drought pattern in a greenhouse and their drought resistance at root extending stage was evaluated by subordination function method comprehensively to screen suitable flue-cured tobacco varieties with good drought resistance in Guizhou. Results: There are large differences in physiological indexes among 14 flue-cured tobacco varieties after drought stress. The subordination function analysis indicates that Majiangdahonghua, Daliuyejiegumi, Niujin 26 and Zhongyan 14 belong to flue-cured tobacco varieties with strong drought resistance, Nanjiang 3, Congjiangtandongyan, NC89 and Guiyan 2 belong to flue-cured tobacco varieties with good drought resistance, K149, Dahuangjin 5210, Fuquanyongtuanyezheyan and K326 belong to flue-cured tobacco varieties with moderate drought resistance, and Yunyan 87 and Honghuadajinyuan belong to flue-cured tobacco varieties without drought resistance.
