摘  要:为复合益生素制剂在养鸡生产中的应用提供参考,选取260日龄罗曼蛋鸡1 200只,随机分成3组,每组4个重复,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组在基础日粮配方中分别按200g/100kg饲料添加复合芽孢菌制剂(益菌乐200)和自制复合益生素制剂,试验期49d,期间测定鸡舍内NH3浓度、平均活菌数,粪中N、P含量。结果表明:与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组鸡舍内NH3平均浓度分别降低24.81%和47.71%(P<0.05),舍内环境空气中平均活菌数分别减少21.83%和40.12%(P<0.05);鸡粪中氮含量降低14.97%和56.69%(P<0.05),磷含量降低13.95%和63.27%(P<0.05)。在罗曼蛋鸡日粮中添加复合益生素制剂,可以显著改善鸡舍的环境质量和降低鸡粪中N、P含量。1 200 Lohmann laying hens with 260 d age were randomly divided into three groups with 4 repetitions, then Group Ⅰ , Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ were fed with basic ration, basic ration + Yijunle 200 (200 g/100kg feed) and basic ration + self-made compound probiotic for 49 d respectively and finally the NH3 concentration, average viable count, nitrogen and phosphorus content in feces of different henhouses were determined to provide a reference for application of compound probiotics in chicken production. Results:The NH3 concentration, fiverage viable count, nitrogen content and phosphorus content of Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ reduced by 24.81% and 47.71%(P〈0.05), 21.83% and 40.12%(P〈0.05), 14.97% and 56.69%(P〈0. 05), and 13. 95% and 63. 27%(P〈0. 05) compared with Group I respectively. Adding compound probiotics in the basic ration can improve the environmental quality of Lohmann henhouse and reduce nitrogen and phosphorus content in feces significantly.
