摘 要:掌叶覆盆子是一种营养保健价值高、经济效益好、发展潜力大的特色小水果,具有较高的营养价值和医疗保健作用,世界粮农组织(FAO)将其推荐为世界第三代水果。从生物学及生长发育特性、不同分类标准下的分类位置、资源分布与开发利用现状、优种选育/繁殖和栽培技术等方面进行了综述,提出了品种选优、高产栽培及繁育技术和贮藏保鲜技术应作为下一步研究的重点。R. chingii is a burgeoning healthy fruit with abundant nutrients and has promising economic value. It is of higher nutrient value and medical health function and is recommended as the world's third generation fruit. The researches of biological properties, the characteristics of growth and development, classification according to different criteria, resource distribution, propagation methods, and technologies of cultivation and management of R. chingii were reviewed in this paper. And its exploitation and utilization were also discussed. Thereby, the authors proposed the further basic studies should be focused on varieties optimization, high-yield planting and food storage and fresh-keeping of R. chingii.
