摘 要:运用电阻应变测量方法,选用牛脊柱代替人体试样作为研究对象,进行了腰椎间盘在压缩和扭转作用下的受力性能实验,同时建立椎间盘模型。通过有限元软件分析与实验数据作分析比较,为微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供力学分析支持,为今后微创手术中的合理切除提供定量分析的理论依据。研究过程中发现腰椎间盘多次屈服现象,为医学用仿生材料的研究奠定了实验基础。In order to solve the problems existed in the minimally invasive surgery on protrusion of lumber intervertebral disc,an experiment is conducted according to the investigation made on current situations about the minimally invasive surgery on protrusion of lumber intervertebral disc with resistance strain measuring method. Cattle's spine is selected as the experimental sample to substitute human's spine. Its analysis of stress distribution is made under compression and torsion condition. The three dimension finite element model of lumber intervertebral disc is built and analyzed under finite element method( FEM). The analysis result is compared with experimental data in order to prove the validity of FEM. All the things above are conducted so as to support minimally invasive surgery on protrusion of lumber intervertebral disc theoretically and quantificationally. During the experiment,a phenomenon that lumber intervertebral disc yielded repeatedly is discovered which may initiate a new kind of bionic material.
