摘  要:选用以脉冲加速度作为激励的垂直冲击碰撞试验台进行中应变率压缩试验。针对缓冲材料在中应变率1~500 s-1的应力-应变曲线,介绍了垂直冲击碰撞试验台的工作原理,推导了缓冲材料试件的应力-应变曲线与输入脉冲加速度之间的关系。以常见的蜂窝纸板的动态压缩试验作为例子。试验表明,蜂窝纸板在动态压缩时的应力-应变曲线明显不同于在准静态压缩时的结果,同时证实了利用垂直冲击碰撞测试缓冲材料的中应变率压缩试验时,具有操作简单与易控制的优点。In order to understand that mechanical responses of cushioning material is a whole,vertical collision impact tester was utilized to measure stress-strain curves when it is subjected to intermediate strain rate compression loading.The strain rate of dynamic behaviors for cushioning material ranges from 1 to 500 / s. Firstly,the basic theory of vertical impact strike tester is introduced,and relationship between stress-strain curves of specimens and pulse acceleration during the impact process are deduced. The experiment example of honeycomb paperboard shows that mechanical properties of honeycomb paperboard subjected to dynamic loadings are obviously different from those at the quasi-static loading conditions. Meanwhile,it investigates the advantages that using vertical collision impact tester to measure dynamic response at this specified strain rate range is simple to operate,and easy to control.
