实验室认可视角下人员技术档案管理的实践

摘　　要：实验室认可是国家权威机构对检验或校准实验室能力的评估和认定,为实现这一目标,就需要将其质量体系文件化和档案化,真实、有效地反映和记录实验室的管理和运行,为实验室认可提供必要依据。因此,确保档案管理工作的持续、有效进行,对实验室认可工作极为重要。现以实验室认可为视角,选取人员技术档案为分析对象,对其档案管理的实践进行了探讨,得出了一些具有实用的结论。Certification of quality management is the national authority to test or calibrate laboratory capacity and issues an accreditation for the passed laboratory. In order to pass this assessment,it is necessary to make the quality system document and archive,and make it really and effectively reflect and record the laboratory management and operation work. These documents can provide necessary basis for laboratory accreditation. Therefore,ensuring sustained,effective file management is extremely important for laboratory accreditation work. This article selects personnel technical files as analysis object,and probes into the practice of the archive management,comes to the significant conclusion for realistic guiding from the perspective of laboratory accreditation.
