河北汉族群体头面部形态特征的年龄变化

摘　　要：2013年5月在河北省保定市调查了687例成人(城市男性149例,城市女性153例,乡村男性185例,乡村女性200例)的22项头面部测量指标和16项观察指标,计算了12项头面部指数,对河北汉族头面部形态特征的年龄变化进行了初步分析.结果显示:1河北汉族成人的头长、口裂宽、上唇皮肤部高度、容貌耳长、面颊皮褶5项指标值和头面高指数与年龄呈正相关;2额最小宽、眼内角间宽、眼外角间宽、唇高、红唇厚度5项指标值及头长宽指数、头长高指数、口指数3项指数值与年龄呈负相关;3随年龄增长,河北汉族成人的蒙古褶出现率逐渐下降,眼裂倾斜度趋于水平,鼻根高度低型率逐渐增加,颧部突出度微弱型出现率逐渐下降,上唇皮肤厚度随年龄增长逐渐增加,红唇厚度逐渐变薄,鼻翼宽度宽型出现率逐渐增加.总之,河北汉族成人头面部的软组织指标值多随着年龄增长呈规律性变化,而骨性组织指标值相对稳定.In May 2013 , head-face morphological traits of 687 adults （149 urban males, 149 urban females, 185 rural males, 200 rural females ） of Han in Baoding of Hebei Province were investigated. The 22 measurement indexes and 16 obser- vation indexes were involved, and 12 head-facial exponents were calculated. The preliminary analysis on the trait variations with age increase of Han in Hebei Province was conducted. The results showed that： 1head length, mouth breadth, upper lip height, physiognomic ear length, facial skinfold and vertical cephalo-facial exponent had positive correlations with age;2minimum frontal breadth, interocular breadth, external biocular breadth, lip height, thickness of lips and 3 exponents in- eluding length-breadth exponent of head, length-heigt exponent of head and lip exponent had negative correlations with age ; 3with the increase of age, low type of nasal root height, upper lip skin height, wide type of breadth of alae nasi gradually increased, Mongoloid fold, weak type of zygomatic projecton, thickness of lips gradually decreased, and direction of eyeslits tended to level. Overall, in head-face morphological traits of adults of Han in Hebei Province, most indexes belonging to soft tissues varied regularly with the increase of age, while the indexes belonging to osseous tissues were relatively stable.
